Pamela Carter Sworn In as Arizona State Representative for Legislative District 4

On January 13, 2025, Pamela Carter officially began her term as a member of the Arizona House of Representatives, representing Legislative District 4. Her swearing-in marks the start of a new chapter in her public service career, following her successful election in November 2024.​

Carter, a Republican from Scottsdale, brings a background as a small business owner and community advocate to the legislature. She previously ran for Scottsdale City Council in 2022. Throughout her campaign, Carter emphasized priorities such as low taxes, school safety, and support for law enforcement. She has expressed a commitment to protecting children from radical agendas and believes that parents should have the final say in educational matters. ​Arizona Capitol Times
