Pamela Carter Sworn In as Arizona State Representative for Legislative District 4

On January 13, 2025, Pamela Carter officially began her term as a member of the Arizona House of Representatives, representing Legislative District 4. Her swearing-in marks the start of a new chapter in her public service career, following her successful election in November 2024.​

Carter, a Republican from Scottsdale, brings a background as a small business owner and community advocate to the legislature. She previously ran for Scottsdale City Council in 2022.
